Well, I try to keep in mind that pms is a time where all my senses are peaked...
I can use this for good, (as in working on my esoteric arts etc), or i can allow it to take over and turn me into a b*tch... which happens easily, lol... three teenagers and a baby, three cats a dog and a husband.. OH BOY!!!
PMS can be a very creative time... if you are an artist or musician, you may find that the creativity flows like crazy... the filter that we usually have up is lowered and although that means many things bother us that normally we can detach from, this also means that we can get in better touch with our creativity. We just need to find our space... away from things that are driving us bonkers....
