Re: Stupid Temps
The past few months, I have found that my o pains have started WAY before I actually ovulate. Often this is because our body gears up to ovulate, everything falls into place, and then for whatever reason, O doesnt happen... or happens a bit later. I was SURE i o'd about a week ago, (pain wise) but my temps were up and down... Had a fe high temps, then 'crash' lol. Now, I had a nice temp yesterday, slightly lower today, im HOPING that tomorrow will be another high temp.
Keep in mind that ovulation pains and cm etc are only secondary signs. The only way to determine ovulation is through a sustained shift in temps. (other than u/s or bloodwork)
Maybe your thermometer needs some new batteries?
