every 30 days is ok... but every 40 days is unusual.
Isnt HORRIBLE, but just unusual.
Are you ovulating?
(a 7 or 9dpo progesterone test)
Yes, they do help with meds after a reversal, but meds can wreck havoc.
Clomid for example, although it can help you to ovulate, it also thins the uterine lining making it hard for the egg to implant, so they dont like to do more than a few rounds of it....
As long as you are ovulating though, I think you should be ok
Regulating the cycle, if your cycles arent regular, require that you take meds each month to make it regular.. its much better if they can get to the root of your problem.
