1) Beginning weight for this week? STILL holdin steady at like 285...I have NO idea how though.

2) Goals for the week? I really really need to get on track. Following a better diet and being more active...getting on a diet and sticking to it period.

3) Anything you did last week your proud of as far as dieting/exercising or whatever? No, nothing at all, I'm so bad!!

4) Anything new in mind your gonna do this week as far as dieting/exercising? Not really

5) What exercising are you doing this week or did you do last week? None other then the normal everyday activity

6) Did you eat anything you know you should NOT have? Heck yea and lots of it!

7) Are you taking anything to help with the weight loss? No

8) How do you feel about yourself today? Fat but I'm alive and breathing and that's all that matters to me right now.

9) Any questions or comments for anyone? I hope you guys are doing better then me at dieting and sticking to it. Any suggestions to help us all out?

10) Need to vent about anything? Nope. But we are meeting my ex in Jellico Tenn Friday night to get my 14 yr old DS for the summer. I'm excited to see him and can't wait. I'll havta post some pics of him and the rest of my kiddos when we get him here.
