Faint positive is PREGNANT!!!!! Any positive means tyou have HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your system. Congrats!!!! I did cramp for about 4-6 days when I first found out I was pregnant, that is part of implantation and the uterus growing. I am excited for you. I hope all goes well.
