Great birth story!!! I'm glad you were able to get so much out of it especially when you were fearing it so. I'm sorry you had to be away from your family so long - how hard! I've had similar feelings since I have to be in the hospital to deliver (my own health issues), and I've been very happy w/ my unassisted births there, but my first I was sooooo worried about the downward spiral of interventions.
