Default Re: So how many of us are trying to lose weight?

I'm 5'3 on a tall day. LOL. I started 3 weeks ago at 150lbs and I weighed in today at 145. I feel awesome about that. I carry most of my weight around my middle, and thighs and butt. "Slow but Steady" is mantra and I will drop the pounds. The lightest I have been since last march when I gained 25lbs practically overnight was 139 and after all the doctors reports lately, it is very simple. I just think of it this way... change my habits or die. It's that simple. I'm not just changing what I eat but I'm changing my lifestyle.

I'm 27 and I feel like crap most of the time and I want that to end now. It's pretty empowering and I love it. I want to be between 115 and 120 by the time we head back to the midwest for either Thanksgiving or Christmas but most importantly I want to feel good about myself and be healthy again. And looking back over my charts, the first two cycles I charted I had really strong O's and then the weight happened just like that and my O's went to pieces. So I hope in losing the weight that I can feel good about myself and maybe help my cycles out in the process.
