Well, since my Dr.'s office was a complete debachle the day I knew something was wrong, I tried to go to urgent care and they sent me to the ER.

I asked the senior Dr. there how long I should wait. Should I wait 3 months? Because that's what Dr.'s have said. The Dr. looked at me and said, "You need to fire your Dr."

It all has to do with how far you are along. If you were less than 6 weeks, the m/c is more just like a heavy period. He said don't have sex for this week of course because there is risk of infection. But once it's over, get right back on the horse b/c your body remembers being pg and he said many women conceive quickly after a m/c.

If I had been over 6 weeks along, there was always a risk of needing a D&C which would set you back. He didn't tell me how long I would have to wait in that case. All I know is that since this was considered a "chemical" pregnancy, that I could start again right away.

And that's what I'm gonna do.
