We've got the crib set up in our room. Ava ended up in our room in the portacrib for the first year, so I decided to just set Presley up in there from the beginning. That way Ava doesn't have to adjust to the new baby and share her room. After the first year, my son will be graduating and going off to college - so we will then be transitioning his room (which is quite a bit bigger than Ava's room) in to a room for both girls and making Ava's old room the "extra" bedroom for him or whomever. I cleared an entire wall area for the crib, changing table and rocking chair in our room, so Presley still has her area of the room and I will decorate that wall with her name and other wall hangings for decoration.
