I do a pedicure every other week, I'm going tonight to get probably my last one before baby comes! I love pedicures, especially when the person is great at massaging!

I also go to Physical Therapy 3 times a week and it is amazing! I get 15 minutes of heat and stimulation on my back and then a 15 minute massage and then majr stretching and putting me back into place, it is wonderful!!! I am going to miss my 3 days of massage once this baby comes!
