Just wanted to say good luck! My DH didn't have varicociles, but we did have the low count. We ended up having to do IVF w/ICSI and now I am happily pregnant with a boy due in July! And I remember about Sheri's DH having the same surgery and I believe that they got pregnant on their own after that (correct me if I am wrong...)
