I think it's too early to have ectopic sxs if that's what you are worried about. I had that one sided crampiness/pain with my last PGncy too. Turned out OK. Hopefully your Doc can allay some of your fears tomorrow. Hopefull they will do a transvaginal U/S to check placement due to your history of TLR. I would probably not take the Motrin though, unless they OK'd it. Just to be safe. Good luck and please let us know how it goes tomorrow.
