I was aware of only two doctors in all of alberta that were qualified for such a surgery.
It does not sound like he is one of them, from the way you are describing him. I would certainly not trust him with that.
I know that one of the doctors had a SUPER long waiting list...
I would imagine that the risk of an ectopic pregnancy in your scarred tubes could be rather high if pregnancy were to occur.
