Jack and Lily spiked fevers yesterday, so the birthday bash was cancelled at the last minute. I'd hate to get all the kids sick or my Mom, and since the half a sheet cake and 30 cupcakes won't keep until next weekend we just celebrated as a family of four, and I'm doing my best to be a trooper and eat all the cupcakes myself. I should be out by Tuesday the latest at the rate I'm going.


No other symptoms besides a fever and wanting to watch cartoons on the couch with a popcicle and cup of ice water all day, both of them. It was a quiet pj day!

I can't wait for the snow to melt and clean up the yard for spring.....air out all these germs.
