Judy, actually their pills are only supposed to contain 16 mg per serving (a serving being three capsules). I had wondered the same thing and had written them to ask about the caffeine. So taking it should still be far less than a cup of coffee. I think that you would be fine taking it past O. It's just too good to give up on, ya know?

I've been taking green tea, arginine, and vitex separately but am considering taking the FB instead. I take so many pills every day that it sure would be nice to cut back on two or three.
