I was in the hospital for 4 whole weeks prior to my boys being born. I had high blood pressure problems and Baby B (Parker) was measuring quite a bit smaller than Baby A (Carson). Try and take it easy and rest as much as possible. During my 4 week stay at the hospital I was getting biophysical profile u/s three times a week, non-stress tests twice a day and lab work and 24-hr urine collections three times a week. When the boys were born Parker was 3 lbs 13 oz and Carson was 5 lbs 7 oz. Parker had to spend 10 days in the NICU and then he got to come home and join the rest of us. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to stress about it too much!! KUP!
