Is that heartburn? It doesn't burn tho. I just have to burp and it's like this pressure in my chest. I'm not having a heart attack right?!

I've had this bad anxiety since Logan was born. It's terrible. I have meds for it. But I can't live on meds the rest of my life.. so I try not to take them.. cause than I'll just end up taking them every single day and won't be able to do anything with out them. I can't even drive or go anywhere without taking them.
