Not sure who your asking on this one, but if your asking me, then yes, you can. Just makes it alot easier of a job to make...lol Saves you the time of having to take the meat off the bone.
Also you could brown it in a skillet, not cooking it, just browning the outside, put it in a pan or baking dish, cover it with cream of mushroom, bake it in the oven and have white rice and some kind of veggie with it. the gravy from the meat is perfect to put over the rice.
