My Ruby was IUGR. She did grow but not at the rate her sister grew. She was below the 10% from about 18 wks on. The main thing that should be done is lots of ultrasound monitoring. Basically, if your little man's own personal growth curve starts to flatten out, it'll be time to go get 'em. I made it to 32 wks 1 day. I had no other issues, just a baby with a bad placenta placement. Try not to fret about it because you're doing EVERYTHING you could possibly do. Just keep eating tons of high fat/protein/calorie food and get those ultrasounds. I was getting twice a week biophysical profile u/s by week 28.
