Sorry I had a doc's appt today and then home for a nap with Ava. We are moving slowly. I only had time for a pop-tart this morning, but I did get in a bottle of water before the appt and then got another one in after. I had a lean pocket for lunch and a soda. Not sure what's for supper; it's just us girls, so we're pretty free to do whatever. Hope I can find something nutritious but filling, so I don't snack a bunch.

BTW, I resisted my ice cream urge late last night. I ate a WW cherry cheesecake yogurt instead! So proud of me. And the doc's scales were right in sync with mine today - only a 2 pound gain this past month. (AGAIN) I'm battling off and on headaches today - not severe, but I'm thinking it's sinus, from all the trees and flowers that are starting to bloom here.

About to take Miss Ava outside and let her run and play for a while before supper time.
