It says that low carb diets don't work... but it is a low carb diet. I didn't read the entire site... but from what I have read about low carb is you have to remain on it (or maintenance) to keep the weight off because many people do gain it back. But this is with every diet.

Actually, it uses vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meats and fish, nothing processed and bad. No carbs are on it... just fruits. There is one day in the 11 days that they allow you to eat a sandwich but it has to be oat or bran bread.

I know that low carb diets work... Its the only diet that has taken weight off of me.

I read a bunch of reviews on it because when I went to the site I am like "yea right!"

I have read hundreds of reviews and people who have used it because apparently its like BIG thing on the internet. I cant find really anything that says that it doesn't work.

I know the site is unappealing. I was hesitant to post it. I haven't read it all though... I know it talks about the low carber and low fat diet and all that. That turned me away too. But I started reading the reviews and got interested.

I have to go to the grocery story but I will post later.
