I thought that if they aspirated sperm, they weren't appropriate for IUI, only IVF . . . I thought they were mature enough to have all the genetic info for ICSI, but can't really swim and penetrate an egg on their own. But, don't quote me on that! It could be the point at which they can intercept the sperm . . . perhaps if they can get it at the blockage point, the sperm are sufficiently mature? I'm sorry I'm not more help - but that sounds like it would be great if it works. Remember, the chances with IUI, in general, are much lower than IVF, so you might have to do multiple IUIs.
