My doctors always recommend I wait at least 6 months after delivery...if I'd ever had a c-section they'd want at least a year in between.

But, I've known many girls who have become pregnant just 3 month after and did fine...not optimal, but it's done.

I got pregnant only 3.5 months pp this time...I'm scared of the risks and know my nutritional stores have not been build up (especially since I pumped milk for 2 months)...and of course, there is how well I'm healed up inside my uterus too at the site where the last baby's placenta detatched (there is a higher risk of placenta accretia/incretia/hemmorage if there is risidual scar tissue).
