The real-life Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus, and her country music singer/TV star dad Billy Ray Cyrus know this all too well. The Cyrus family issued an apology in response to a Consumer Reports' Safety blog post that drew attention to the 15-year-old and her dad's on-screen seatbelt snafu. A scene in the 3-D mega-hit "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour" showed the two riding seatbelt-less in the back seat of a Range Rover.
