Have MF due to blocked vas from previous hernia surgery, well after bad apt with RE, we have done lots of research and found out that we are excellent candidates for a PVSA (surgical sperm aspiration) with IUI.

Has anyone dealt with this type of treatment? Any success, well any anything. Any and all responses are appreciated. TIA
