Just wanted to offer support. I agree with the pp that you must do what is right for you.

It will definitely be tough, but 3 under 3 is doable. My twins were born when my first was almost 2yr so for awhile we had 3 under 2yrs! We lived in a two bedroom bungalow...tiny! Was it hard, tiring, unexpected, crazy....yes, yes, yes, yes!! But we got thru it and the boys are now 6yr and 4yrs. We now feel calm enough that we are having one more. So you can do it. My three kids shared one bedroom and we all shared one bathroom. We did have to buy a larger car to fit all the carseats.

Of course, you must do what is right for you and your family. I know you must be overwhelmed, but you are stronger than you think! Good luck!
