Just skimmed through the other posts, but, IMO, I wouldn't think it would be a big deal. I guess the real question would be just 'how unique' (or different, uncommon, etc.) the name is? If you think that the other girl's family would automatically assume you used her name (not just 'the' name), then I might mention it beforehand. (You never know...they might be honored!) Otherwise, it seems safe to me.
