Wednesday afternoon, without even a peep of paparazzi, Britney Spears left the UCLA hospital that has served as her home.

It was an incredibly different scene that escorted her to the facility. With a throng of police cars and an ambulance she landed at the UCLA Medical Center January 31. She will remain under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie, until February 14 as ordered by the court.
