I would ask for a referral to the RE also, even though my OB did my first Laparotomy to clean out my endo. I have not really had too much pain since mine in 04 as far as endo.
I did however develop a cyst after my IVF cycle and it got infected so I did have to have my tubes and ovary out. I'm sorry you are in pain.
and I hope you see your RE who can sort it out.
