I have reserched the Lunar Dates etc. It sounds very interesting and also explains why I haven't fallen pregnant for the last 12 months! They say you should bd on these days, even if you don't think they are in your fertile time. The whole idea behind it is that you have a menstrual cycle and also a lunar cycle, which can cause spontaneous ovulation on the lunar return date. Your best chances for conception are when your lunar return date is very close or on your normal ovulation date. Also, depending on how long your cycles are, there could be large chunks of time (many months) where conception is not favorable, which is why it can take people months and even years to get pregnant. Some people start ttc when it is the beginning of their "slump" and they try for many months before they hit their "peak" time. Others start ttc during their "peak" time and get pregnant right away. Oh, this is also why they say that the rhythm method doesn't work. Often women are ovulating more than once in a cycle and end up getting pregnant during their non-fertile time.
My AF is due on the 16th of January and my Lunar return date for this month is the 29th of January which is day 14 of a 28 day cycle. So the theory is that this is the PERFECT time to achieve a successfull pregnancy.
