Who has a question about PCOS you want to ask? If so, post it here! Also, maybe important/helpful information . . . the "what you should know about PCOS" kind of stuff. Maybe we can get some good information together for newbies, or even old-timers who haven't done much to treat PCOS.

I'm guessing I might have known about my PCOS longer than most of you on the board - I got a diagnosis over 22 years ago (probably just dated myself there). My doctor said it is actually the easiest fertility problem to treat.

I find that weight loss is hard for me (weight gain is easy). I actually do really well losing weight on plans like South Beach, or the Weight Watchers No Counting program. I'm guessing the lower carbs play well with the insulin issues that often go hand-in-hand with PCOS (even when you test normal).
