I am sorry about your sister, I also had tube blockage after I had my first son. I hope it was a fluke and she can go on to have a wonderful normal pregnancy.
I agree she should have the HSG done to rule out any severe blockages. Mine were very damaged and I ended up needing to do IVF to have my second son.
