Thank you for getting back to me regarding my charting. I actually just starting temping only because I had an issue with the +OPK and TKEYS suggested that I temp to help me get a better idea on it. I am using a regular thermometer though, that doesnt matter does it? I actually started my chart few days after it was over and am still kind of getting used to it. I have never charted before but wanted to get to know myself better incase I ever decide to have another baby. I also had a m/c the month before so my period was kind of screwy. I am trying to take my tem the same time everyday. DOes that help when charting? I am a little off when it comes to that but if you are right I will see something soon. The only thing is that I noticed a huge differance from when I take my temp in the morn versus the afternoon. COuld that also have something to do with the drop?
