Marian, I'm so glad your sister is/will be there to help you out for a while! It's so good to be able to have someone there to rely on in the hard times.

As for the transitioning, I'm not sure how they work it there but here in TX they start off with visits, then with 1 day overnights then weekend overnights and etc....

I'll be keeping you and your family in my ers.
