Hi!
I am sorry about your fibroids. Sounds like you definately need to get them removed to help you with ttcing. I always say I wouldn't have my 3 children if I didn't have them removed.

What did your personal Gyno/OB reccommend? Sounds like #3 recommends what I had done first- I had the myomectomy to remove them first- had the hysteroscopy a year later to remove more. I had to have c-sections because of it. I do have little ones inside the uterus to this day- but they aren't growing and are very tiny. So I opted to leave them. It is the big ones that need to go.

It is good they don't cause pain or heavy bleeding (mine didn't either). BUT they can and most likely will prohibit pg. Some grow with the baby and cause tremendous pain. Some block implantation into the uterine wall. Some mishape the uterus and some can grow into your ovaries and damage them. So removal is necessary. I don't know much about laps for removal- just the major surgery (myomectomy) or the internal surgeries- up through the cervix (hysteroscopy).

I know you are getting tons of information and your head must be spinning. Try to find one doctor to trust and talk to them. You may be getting too much advice at this point.

Let me know what you decide. I'm here if you need me.
