Default Sheryl please advise!

Hi Sheryl,
Looks like you know a lot about fibroids and I wanted to asked you a few questions. Please do reply when you have a moment.
Age -28, have been ttcing since May 07 for about 4 cycles, last 2 cycles - no ttc as I was diaganosed with fibroids and I thought I should take a break,
I had no symptoms, my PCP found my unterus enlarged during annual physical exam and recommended ultrasound. Ultrasound showed presence of 2 fibroids. One 10 cm large pedunculated outside the ute, Second one 1.8 cm large intramural/submuscosal.
I have met 3 Gynaeclogists since then.
First one looked at the pictures and said - we know what to tackle here, you need surgery, future pregnancies at risk, miscarriage and stuff. Post surgery I can start ttcing after 11 months.
After meeting her I researched quite a bit and met 2nd doctor. She said - big one to be removed, 2nd one should be left as it is as it is smaller than 4 cm. To know if it's not letting me get pg she recommended SIS.
The third doc said - if the bigger one was half it's size she would tell me to ignore as I do not have any diffciulties like heavy bleeding etc. But she said after i get pg, bigger one can move up and twist on it's stalk leading to emergency situation. She recommended open myomectomy to get it removed and since she'll be doing it to remove the bigger one anyway it's better to remove the smaller one too. And I can start ttcing after 3 months.

I was also taking consultation remotely from a gynae friend of a relative and he after looking at the pictures his views were **disturbing** - Might be difficult to get pg in the first place. Might have several smaller fibroids. This type of ute can not handle normal labor and c-section would be required anyway.

I was also looking at other minimally invasive options like laparoscopy but doctors I met didn't recommend it. A doctor (again remote consultation) said it can be done.....

I am so confused by different views & don't know what to do.
I am 28, healthy, periods - normal, ovulation - normal but fibroids are keeping me from getting pg!! After 3 years of marriage my husband and I finally decided to have baby and this hurdle!!
What's your advice on this after looking at the facts?

Thanks much for your time.
