our family doctor was great about it( we switched to him instead of using peds)- the peds? the first one we used- he wasn't happy about it, but he was dumb about bf and other things too, so i didn't pay any attention. the second one advised against it, he said that it was dangerous. the thrid was a woman who had nursed her own kids for a little while, so she was semi-knowledgeable about bf, but she had no problem with the fmaily bed as long as we were doing it safely. the fourth was not a mom when we still were using her, and she wasn't thrilled baout it, but she also didn't know that there was formaldehyde in vaccines, so again, i dind't pay much attention to what came out of her mouth

now i am up a creek again though, because our fmaily doc left private practice and went to work IN the hospital instead.
