Zesty Grilled Ham
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 fully cooked ham steak (1 to 1.5 lbs and 1 inch thick)
In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice to a boil. Brush over both sides of ham. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning once, until heated through and well glazed, about 20-25 min.
Yield: 4 servings.

Changes and Updates
This week we upgraded the boards to the latest version of vBulletin. We know this has left us with some weird quirks like double postings and buttons no longer working. Please be patient. This is being caused by settings and changes we have made in the past that do not work well with the newest version on vB.
We are about to start a total redo of the boards so that it is all functional and works like it should! Some of this will be done out of your site, and other parts will be done live while on the boards so that we can get your feedback on problems that you are encountering. There may be times when you come on and the boards look completely different than the did the last time you were on.
These changes shouldn't take long, but please be patient while we try to improve the board for everyone. Hopefully when we are done there will be less problems and you will all love the changes.
