Kate!! You're back! Good to see you! And trying for #4 soon?! We are about in the same boat, except I have gotten AF back already (sooner this time than with the first 2). I haven't really convinced DH to have another one. He doesn't want to try, but he doesn't want to prevent at this point either. So I guess we are in the "what happens, happens" phase. Hopefully AF will come back soon for you so you can have the spacing close to what you want.
