Hi all!!

Going to be another quiet day today... no girl scouts but DD starts advanced Karate so I'll be taking her there...

Here's my plan for the day:

Water: at least 48 oz!!

Eats: aiming for 20-23 Points today!

Exercise: at least 20 minutes on elliptical; day 4 of Body Shaping Plan; and try for at least 2 mile walk at lunch

Daily Goal:
* I'm responsible for my own happiness!
* Spend quality time with DD!!
* Smile!! and Enjoy Life!! Been a little "depressed" lately... part of feeling better after being sick for so long...
