hmm...it was a while back when i took prog supplements, but i started them after a confirmed "o" to try to help the lil egg implant ( i dont produce enough progesterone on my own) for me my period came right on time. i took a lil pink pill shaped like a lil ball. im not sure about suppositories.

did you ever here back from your doc on what day would be best to start for sure?
