Hi there.... Just had my second baby last week.... I am now TOTALLY and HUGELY engorged. I don't remember if I pumped with my son or not to help? My baby is a great nurser so fat; however, is not ever going to eat what I currently have! I would need 3 or 4 babies for that! I would like some relief and I have been hand expressing and I have pumped a few times... will pumping only make it worse?

Any tips? Thanks!
