I don't know anything about the Hollywood diet, but by looking at what your eating, your calorie count is way too loe. If your calorie deficit is too low, your body will hold onto everything you take in and will eventually start eating away at your muscle. With weight loss, the bottom line is less calories in and more calories out= weight loss. 1 lb of body fat = 3500 calories. For me, it takes my body some time to shed anything, and then when it does, it is usually a lb a week. If I eat too little, like today...My deficit is already 7-something for the day, I will hold onto the weight or even gain.
