Has anyone here ever tried it? Did it actually work? I'm the type of person who needs to shed the first few pounds fast and SEE the results to have the motivation to keep going.
I currently take Stacker2 twice a day, eat Special K w/ fruit for breakfast, drink Slim-fast & eat a raw veggie for lunch and eat a "normal" dinner with my family. I count all my calories on
Fitday and I exercise at least a couple times a week. I am not loosing anything, simply "maintaining" my current weight. I'm almost 5'5 and I weigh 162lbs so I am considered overweight & HATE the way I look yet anything else I've tried has gotten me NO WHERE!
So if you have ever taken the
Hollywood weekend diet what was your experience? Did it actually work? TIA!
