I haven't seen the DVD yet, but I did see the Oprah show regarding the topic. It sounds great, but I'm not sure how to shut up the negative thoughts and fears that come in and out of my mind. I guess I'll have to watch it.

Hi Cindy. It's not an overnight process. I am practicing everyday -- becoming more aware of my thought patterns and replacing those negative thoughts with something more positive. One thing that helps -- starting the day with gratitude. I wake up and start thinking of all the things I'm grateful for -- my children, my home, the fact that we have plenty to eat and fuel to heat the house. This puts me in a better frame of mind to start the day. I still battle with negative thoughts -- but it gets easier over time.
