Firstly, I'm sorry you had to go through that. I lost my left tube due to ectopic last year. I think we had to wait 2 cycles (it may have been 3) before we started trying again. We started trying in March/April (I can't remember exactly any more) and I got pregnant in July. Everything's gone well so far and I'm due April 4!

So it's definitely possible to get pregnant pretty quickly even with one tube. Good luck to you!
