Quick question if you don't mind - are they sure that is what you have? I was diagnosed with hypodermography (hives with no reason) at 13 weeks. Since I was past the 1st trimester I was able to take hydroxyzine (we tried zyrtec and it didn't work). Especially since you are at 21 weeks, I would at least check with them about trying some antihistamines, I go to a University teaching hospital and have a lot of friends that are drs. so after a lot of reassurances that it was ok, and desperately needing a relief from the itching I was willing to try the meds. After 2-3 days the itching, hives and welts were gone. PM me if you would like to talk more.
