I'm on cd 8 today. I just stopped spotting yesterday, and today I have quite a bit of ewcm... that's earlier than I've ever had it. I've had several days of ewcm before, but usually it wouldn't start until cd 10 at the earliest, and then I'd O between cd 14 -16. I have been taking extra vitamins, drinking green tea, drinking lots of water, and eating a lot of citrus fruit (which I've heard is good for cm), but would I get it earlier, or would it just improve the quantity/quality? I also tried to gain a couple of pounds for this month. My doctor said I was a bit too thin, and it would be better if my body mass index was a little higher. Maybe that's making a difference. But I hope I still O at about the same time.
Anyway, I took an OPK this afternoon and it was still negative. Not much in the way of ferning on the saliva tester either. That's fine, but I wish I could get more notice as to when I'm going to O... unfortunately, I kind of have to plan ahead on the bd'ing. I was going to take a break from charting, but not knowing what's going on is stressful too... so I think I'll be charting/OPK testing just in case I'm able to try again this month.
