Default Is it possible?

I've been signing "milk" to my daughter before nursing for a long time, and I'm wondering if she could possible be signing it back to me already. She's close to 5 months old, but that just seems so young still. I've noticed in the past 2 days that she sometimes clenches and unclenches her one fist against my shoulder. She doesn't hold it out in front of her, it's sort of like she is trying to scratch me. Today she did it when I was about to feed her and I knew she was hungry. So could she be doing it purposefully already? Or is she just learning to do new movements with her body?
