In theory you are suppose to ovulate 24/36/48 hours after detection of the lh surge. Although I know my fm this month showed peak in the morning and I'm 99% sure I ovulated later that day... with my intense ovulation pains as my clue.

I would definitely say last night at 9:30 was positive.
